Affair, the Leo Frank Case, the Rosenberg Espionage Case, and
Goldman vs. Weinberger. Each
lecture will examine the historical, political, economic, and
religious influences during the period in which the case emerges to

politics and law. Continuing Legal Credit (CLE) available.
The Hadassah Leadership Academy
An innovative outreach program begun by Hadassah in 1998 with
the goal of creating new leaders for Hadassah and the Jewish
community. Funded by Hadassah, groups of approximately 15 women in
eight states each
meet for four hours a month over a period of two years with a
professional madrichah. They learn about Israel, the American Jewish
community, leadership skills and issues, Jewish values, and the role
of Hadassah. They will go
to Washington, D.C. where they will spend a day on Capital Hill
advocating for women's rights, attend the 2008 Annual Hadassah
national conference and participate in a 10-day mission to
Israel in 2009.
Participation in the HLA
is by application and selection in limited locations only. Visit
www.Hadassah.org for more
info.
